Editorial Policy

Free Equity Reports publishes independent research and educational analysis on small-cap and micro-cap companies listed on U.S. exchanges. This page explains how our reports are produced, what standards they are held to, and where our numbers come from. Our goal is a research product that any reader can check for themselves.

Independence

Our reports are editorially independent. Unless a report expressly states otherwise, Free Equity Reports and the people who operate it hold no position in the securities discussed and receive no compensation, in any form, from the companies we cover, their officers, affiliates, or any third party, in exchange for coverage or for favorable treatment. We are not a stock-promotion service, and our coverage decisions are not for sale. Where any relationship, position, or compensation does exist in connection with a specific report, it is disclosed prominently within that report.

What Our Reports Are — and Are Not

Our reports are informational and educational. They explain the catalyst behind a move, the company's business context, the relevant SEC filings, share structure and dilution mechanics, and how a situation may trade. They are not investment advice, not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, and not a prediction of future price. We do not grade the long-term investment merit of any company, and we do not issue price targets. Every reader is responsible for their own due diligence and investment decisions. See our full Disclaimer.

Sourcing and Machine-Verified Data

The quantitative facts in our reports — price, volume, float, share structure, 52-week range, average daily volume, and SEC filing references — are sourced directly from market-data and regulatory providers and rendered by machine into a standardized data block. The writer does not hand-type these figures. This separation is deliberate: it keeps the narrative honest about the underlying numbers and makes each figure traceable to its source. Filing analysis is drawn from primary documents on SEC EDGAR, which we encourage readers to review directly.

AI-Assisted Production

Our editorial process uses artificial-intelligence tools for data aggregation, research synthesis, and drafting, working from the machine-verified data described above. Reports pass an automated validation step that cross-checks the prose against the underlying metrics before publication. AI-assisted content may still contain errors or omissions; it does not reduce the reader's responsibility to conduct independent research. We treat our reports as one input into a reader's own process, not a definitive source of truth.

No Republishing

Our reports are original synthesis produced from data and primary documents. We do not republish vendor headlines or third-party article text verbatim, and we respect the redistribution terms of our data providers.

The Public Record

Every report we publish remains available in our reports archive and is tracked, win or lose, in The Runners Log. We do not quietly delete or rewrite published reports to improve an apparent track record. If a report is materially updated after publication, the update is marked.

Corrections

When we learn that a published report contains a material factual error, we correct it and note the correction. To report an error, email contact@freeequityreports.com with the report and the specific issue.
