INLF is doing it again. The Quanzhou-based maker of manipulator arms for injection molding machines nearly doubled in Thursday’s after-hours session and is holding the gain in Friday’s premarket, writing this at 7:07 AM ET on September 25. This is our second look at the name — we covered the July 22 run, when it doubled premarket on no news at all after a 3,200-to-1 reverse split left almost nothing to trade. The difference this time: there’s an actual catalyst. The mechanics, though, are the same loaded spring.
The catalyst
INLIF announced unaudited financial results for the first half of fiscal year 2026 after Thursday’s close, and the numbers were legitimately good for a company this size. Net revenue came in at $12.94 million, up 26.01% year over year, with gross profit up 158.77% to $4.65 million. Gross margin doubled to 35.95%, and the company swung to $1.01 million of net income from a $1.98 million loss. A newly launched intelligent equipment segment generated $3.36 million in revenue, versus zero a year earlier — that’s the growth engine. Shares ripped 93% after hours Thursday on the print.
Buried in the same news cycle: the company also announced a 1-for-200 reverse stock split to support Nasdaq compliance and financial flexibility. Read that twice. Another split, announced alongside the earnings beat.
The machinery under the hood
The 52-week range on this thing — four-figure highs down to a low near two bucks — is the fingerprint of repeated reverse splits, not price discovery. The stock has lost 99.89% over the past 12 months for pre-split holders. Meanwhile cash and equivalents jumped to $45.47 million from $6.72 million at year-end 2025, driven largely by additional paid-in capital lifting shareholders’ equity to $71.5 million — translation: massive share issuance funded that balance sheet. The company still shows negative operating cash flow, significant equity dilution, and repeated reverse splits in 2026. That’s the cycle: issue, run, split, repeat. The fresh 1-for-200 split resets the crank for the next turn.
Today the float is microscopic — sub-1M shares — and premarket volume has already turned it over several times. That’s why a decent earnings print became a +90% move. Supply is the whole game here.
The levels
Thursday’s regular session was dead quiet, pinned in a dime-wide band under $3 before the print hit. The premarket tape has built a workable bracket:
- Resistance: the premarket high just above $6. Reclaim and hold it on volume, and the late-July highs above $8 are the obvious magnet.
- Support: the premarket low near $5.10, roughly where dip buyers defended overnight. Price is currently holding above premarket VWAP in the mid-$5s — buyers still in control while that’s true.
- Air pocket: lose $5 and there’s little structure until the $4s, with Thursday’s $2.95 close as the round-trip floor.
Expect LULD halts at the open — a float this thin trips circuit breakers routinely. The July playbook is the cautionary reference: that run tagged the $8s and eventually gave essentially all of it back. A real catalyst improves the odds of a second leg versus July’s news-free pop, but the announced split means fresh supply mechanics are coming, and sizing should assume 30-50% intraday swings either way.

- Shares outstanding: 1.05M · Float: 978.9K
- Dilution-relevant SEC filings (30d): none found in the last 30 days
- Splits: 1-for-200 reverse (2026-07-06), 1-for-16 reverse (2026-04-06)
- Roughly 1.05M shares outstanding with a float under 1M, following repeated 2026 reverse splits (including a 3,200-to-1 action covered in July); a new 1-for-200 reverse split was announced September 24 alongside earnings. Cash rose to $45.47M from $6.72M at year-end 2025, driven primarily by additional paid-in capital from share issuance. Company reported H1 FY2026 net income of $1.01M but continues to show negative operating cash flow.
