PLSM Rips Premarket on Israel AI Sandbox Win — Right After 3.1M Resale Shares Went Effective
PLSM — prior session → report time
[UPDATE — 9:18 AM ET, 2026-07-13] PLSM is trading at $5.30, up 37% from Friday’s $3.86 close — off the premarket highs but sitting in the middle of that early range rather than round-tripping it. The key read: the $4.80 pivot has held so far, which means the PIPE and warrant paper is still in the money and the level that mattered on the gap is still acting as support, not resistance. Volume through the premarket alone came in at 16.59M shares — multiple turns of this sub-4M float — so every level here is being contested with real size. As long as $5.30 holds above $4.80, the tape hasn’t broken; a loss of that pivot is where the June round-trip playbook comes back into focus.

Pulsenmore (NASDAQ: PLSM) is the premarket tape to watch Monday, July 13. The stock gapped hard off Friday’s $3.86 close, spiked to within shouting distance of its 52-week high, then gave back more than half the move — all before 8:50 AM ET, when this was written. Volume through the premarket alone has already turned the float over multiple times. That’s not accumulation. That’s a knife fight.
The catalyst — and the last time this happened
The news is real: Pulsenmore was selected for Israel’s Healthcare AI Regulatory Sandbox Program, established by the Israel Innovation Authority and the Ministry of Health, to lead a $1 million AI development project. The company makes home ultrasound devices for pregnant women, and its platform has logged more than 250,000 home scans with partners including Clalit Health Services. Pulsenmore will collaborate with Beilinson Hospital on development and clinical validation of the AI applications.
Worth respecting the precedent, though. On June 24 this same ticker exploded from the $3s to an intraday high above $19 before closing near $10 — and by Friday July 10 it had round-tripped the entire move back under $4. Sub-4M floats produce violent spikes and equally violent unwinds. This tape has already shown you both sides.
The supply sitting overhead
Here’s what the risk lens catches. In late June the company priced a $7.5 million private placement — 1,562,500 shares plus warrants for another 1,562,500, with the warrants immediately exercisable at $4.80 for five years. An F-1 registering up to 3,125,000 shares for resale by selling stockholders followed on July 2 — and EDGAR shows it went effective Friday, July 10. Translation: nearly half the share count became freely sellable one trading day before this gap. Anyone holding $4.80 paper is deep in the money at these prices.
The levels: $4.80 is the pivot — PIPE price and warrant strike, the line where that supply was born. Overhead, the premarket high stalled just below the 52-week high around $12.97. The tape is currently trading well below its premarket VWAP, meaning late chasers are underwater; a reclaim of that VWAP zone after the open is the minimum tell for continuation, and a failure there with the float already churned this many times reads as distribution. Size accordingly — this thing moves in dollars, not cents.
