ELPW is running again, and there’s no press release behind it. As of 8:35 AM ET on Tuesday, August 11, Elong Power is up sharply in premarket, having tagged the low-$7s in early trade — roughly 75% above Monday’s close — before fading back toward the mid-$4s. Premarket volume has already turned the entire post-split share count over many times. This is a structural move, full stop: the supply side of this stock was rebuilt from scratch 24 hours ago, and the tape is repricing it in real time.

The machinery

Monday, August 10 was the first session after a 1-for-45 share consolidation of ELPW’s Class A and Class B ordinary shares took effect at the Nasdaq open. Per the company, total issued and outstanding shares dropped from approximately 23 million to approximately 0.51 million — a share count small enough that a single active premarket can churn the whole thing repeatedly. The stated purpose: maintaining compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5810©(3)(A)(iii), which requires a closing bid price above $0.10.

Context matters here. This is the third consolidation in under eight months — a 1-for-16 reverse split effective December 26, 2025, then a 1-for-80 effective in March that took roughly 63 million shares down to about 0.8 million, now the 1-for-45. Cumulative ratio: 57,600-to-1. Between the splits, the company refills the tank: a 16.5-million-unit offering at $0.40 closed in July for roughly $6.6 million gross, and on August 4 it priced 11,466,666 units at $0.12 for about $1.38 million. Our August 4 report covered that bounce at $0.17 pre-split. Same engine, new gear.

The supply overhang

The August 4 deal is the piece to watch today. Each unit carried a common warrant immediately exercisable at $0.12, with anti-dilution adjustments, expiring in three years. Split-adjust that strike and you get roughly $5.40 — sitting squarely inside this morning’s premarket range. Every tick above that level makes exercise-and-sell profitable for warrant holders, which is real, mechanical supply. Beyond the warrants, an F-1 filed July 22 registered 40 million units, and EDGAR shows the registration went effective July 28. The shelf is loaded.

How it might trade

The bracket, from the tape:

  • Support: the $4.25–$4.30 premarket floor, then Monday’s $4.01 close and $3.62 session low below it
  • Resistance: ~$5.40 (the adjusted warrant strike), then the $7 premarket high
  • Volume tell: premarket VWAP printed in the high-$5s — the last hour’s trade well below it says early buyers are underwater and sellers controlled the fade

Holding above $4.25 into the open keeps a second push at $5.40 alive; reclaiming premarket VWAP on volume would signal buyers back in control. Losing $4 opens air to Monday’s low. Halt risk is genuine — ELPW caught a volatility trading pause as recently as May — and with a share count this thin, spreads gap. Size for slippage, not for a normal book. The offering-split-offering cadence suggests any sustained strength gets met with paper eventually; the question is whether momentum outruns it for a session or two first.
